Our Service

'Supermaid Cleaning' aims to provide you with the best service experience possible, offering a variety of services.

Remark

  • We recommend you to book your service at least 24-48 hours in advance to allow the company to schedule your cleaning staff accordingly.

  • On service day, we will use the customer's water and electricity to carry out the cleaning efficiently. Please ensure that water and electricity are available throughout the service period.

  • If you have specific cleaning products or equipment that you want to use, you can inform the housekeeper on the service day according to your requirements.

  • If there are areas that require special care, you can inform the company in advance or notify the housekeeper on the service day.

  • For easy access to the cleaning area, please prepare a way to access the service location, such as informing the building management or security personnel in advance.

Terms and Conditions: Liability for Damage

  • The company is responsible for damage to your property caused by its employees during the cleaning service, up to a maximum of 20,000 THB. You will also need to provide documentation to verify the value of any damaged items.

  • Any damage must be reported to the company within 24 hours of the completion of the service. You can send proof of damage to Line ID: @supermaidcleaning or e-mail: supermaidcleaning.th@gmail.com

  • The company has carefully screened our cleaning staff and has checked their criminal records. However, for the safety of your valuables, we recommend that you keep them secure in a locked place, such as a safe or a locked drawer. Do not leave them in areas where they could be lost or stolen. The company will not be liable for the loss of valuables in any case.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

  • Early Cancellation: You can cancel your service without charge if you notify us at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment time.

  • Cancellation within 12-24 Hours: If you cancel your service within 24 hours of your appointment time, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the agreed-upon service fee.

  • Cancellation on Day of Service: If you cancel your service on the day of your appointment, we reserve the right to charge the full service fee.

Rescheduling
  • Early Rescheduling: You can reschedule your service without charge if you notify us at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment time.

  • Rescheduling Within 24 Hours: If you reschedule your service within 24 hours of your appointment time, we reserve the right to charge a rescheduling fee of 20% of the agreed-upon service fee.

  • Rescheduling on Day of Service: If you reschedule your service on the day of your appointment, we reserve the right to charge the full service fee.
