Responsibilities if damage between cleaning services

Conditions for cancellation or postpone service

Cancellation of service

  • Pre -cancel: Customers can cancel the service free of charge. If the cancellation of at least 24 hours before the appointment time

  • Cancellation between 12-24 hours: If the customer cancel the service within 24 hours before the appointment time The company reserves the right to charge the 50% of the service fees that are agreed.

Cancellation on service date: If the customer cancel the service on the date of service The company reserves the right to collect full service fees.

Postponement within 24 hours: If the customer postpons the service within 24 hours before the appointment time The company reserves the right to charge a promotion fee of 20% of the service fee agreed.

Postponement on service date: If the customer postpons the service on the specified date The company reserves the right to collect full service fees.
